From classroom teaching to whole-school transformation.
My educational journey began in the classroom in 1999. Over time, that work expanded into subject leadership, academic administration, principalship, Head of School responsibilities, education-group leadership, consulting and advisory work.

A career shaped by classrooms, cultures and school systems.
Working across India, Kazakhstan, Tanzania, Uganda and Ethiopia has allowed me to experience schools through different cultures, expectations and educational systems. I have worked with CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge and International Baccalaureate contexts, and those experiences have reinforced one principle: strong school improvement must eventually become visible in the classroom.
My educational thinking connects three dimensions: wisdom from the past, capabilities for the present and readiness for the future. I believe academic rigour should coexist with character, curiosity with discipline, technology with human relationships, and global competence with cultural rootedness.

Recognition across educational platforms.
My work has received recognition from educational and professional platforms, including national school leadership awards and the Asia Book of Records. I value these milestones, while continuing to believe that the most meaningful measure of educational leadership is the improvement visible in students, teachers and classrooms.

Building a body of work that can outlast one role or one school.
My current work is increasingly organised through the School Transformation Institute, an evolving knowledge and practice platform that brings together the lessons of school leadership, classroom practice, research, consulting and international education.

Leadership is not primarily a position.
It is the responsibility to create conditions in which teachers can do their best work, children can ask better questions, systems support learning rather than obstruct it, and the school’s purpose is visible in daily practice.
